A grass roots group of mostly local citizens dedicated to keep Masonboro Island open to the public. We want our future generations to enjoy the some traditions we currently enjoy on the island. Last year, on Independence Day, our group removed and recycled over 4,000 lbs. of trash from the island. We believe that good stewardship is to only way to maintain this precious resource that is located right in our backyard.
